Hi, I’m Xanna Ortiz—also known as Xanna Photo—a Seattle-based photographer with over 20 years of experience capturing raw, authentic, and unforgettable moments.

 

My journey began in the United States Marine Corps, where I trained and served as a combat photographer. That experience shaped my fearless, fast-paced style and eventually led me to a successful career as an Emmy Award-winning photojournalist.

 

Today, I specialize in editorial portrait photography, street photography, and visual storytelling that reflects the true grit and beauty of the people and communities around me—especially those often overlooked.
